Here is how...
Ingredients
1 litre Skim milk
3/4 TBS Baking Soda
1 TBS White vinegar
1 & 1/4 CUPS water
Put both the milk and vinegar in a large saucepan.
Cook on a low heat start to stir once you see curds form.
You will then drain off liquid from the curds. I do this is a thin tea towel or muslin cloth.
Wash your remaining curds with water until the vinegar smell is all gone.
Then pop it into a clean bowl.
Dissolve the baking soda in the water and pour it over curds, stirring until a white paste forms.
Place in a re sealable container and keep in the fridge.
The glue does take a few hours to 'set' so you will have to be organized and prep the day before so the following day your glue is going to be PERFECT and ready for use!
