HUMMUS DIP - FOOD ALLERGY FRIENDLY

Dips are such a great way to Jazz up 'Healthy' Snacks, the addition of a dip takes Carrot sticks to a whole new level of DELICIOUS.

When working around multiple food allergies, creating interesting and tasty dips can become confusing. So many Dips are Dairy and Nut based.















Hummus is a Earthy Garlic Dip, and this is how it's made in our house... ... 















INGREDIENTS
     1 CAN Chickpeas (Drained)
     1 - 2 TSP CRUSHED GARLIC/CLOVES
     1 TBS Rice Malt Syrup 
     100ml Olive Oil
     Salt and Pepper to taste
     Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Using a Stick Blender or Food Processor, buzz all the ingredients together until smooth.















FREE from all NUTS, DAIRY, EGGS, SOY, and WHEAT.
