INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken Breast (Diced)
3 TSP Crushed Garlic
3 TBS Olive Oil
3 TBS Sunflower Butter
1 CUP White Sauce Roux (Click for recipe)
1 TBS Brown Sugar
Salt to taste
Fry Chicken breast in Garlic and Olive Oil until cooked.
Add Sunflower Butter and stir until it has melted, then tip in the White Sauce Roux and Brown Sugar.
Salt to taste.
If the mixture is a little thick thin slightly with water.
Simmer for 10min.
Serve on Rice.
