SAUSAGE ROLLS - FOOD ALLERGY SAFE

FREE from WHEAT, GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGGS, SOY, ALL NUTS... ..






INGREDIENTS
     400g Potatoes (aprox 2 Medium size)
     1 CUP Potato Flour
     1 TBS Olive Oil
     1/2 TSP Salt
     2 TSP Baking powder
     4 Gluten Free Sausages
   

















Peel, chop and boil the potatoes until soft.
Mash Potatoes before adding, Oil, Potato Flour, Salt and Baking Powder.
Mix until it firms a smooth dough, it may be a little sticky. using wet hands while handling the dough will stop it sticking to your hands.



















Wrap the Potato mixture around 4 raw Gluten Free Sausages, baking in a 180 Celsius oven for 20min
